well, one of these days, when we get around to uploading some crappy home videos to youtube -- we'll see benji's cat after slaying a big mouse and shit like that

now to gay ppl and nyc.... you know, as mentioned, benji spent about half a year in nyc about 7 years ago now.... we made the acquaintance of some sheila who years later made it known she was married or attached to some big famous hollywood movie star from wayback.... her, benji, and one of benji's nyc buddies spent an afternoon in the 'fashion district' which is an amazing part of manhattan where people are really dressed to the nines, as they say, and the area is imbued with an interest in fashion, boutique clothing stores and suchlike....

we mention also in passing, that benji's living room stereo, on permanent loan from the same purveryor of afore-mentioned cat, a bulgarian girl whose ossie-fication hit a snag due to a divorce and who has since returned to bulgaria -- hence the giving of the cat, this sound system holds a few cds and a cassette and only has very mellow sounding music, like from the 30s and 40s, american crooners and suchlike

now what you probably haven't noticed much is benji's use of 'shit' in the first paragraph, but when you have a gay buddy in nyc, and there's no greater city in the world to have a gay buddy in perhaps, although maybe tokyo is better.... when you have a gay buddy that is really highly sexually active and having all kinds of clusterfuck events with a long chain of gay lovers.... every i and t needs to be carefully dotted and crossed when using 'loose' language like, 'and shit like that,' 'and all that fucking shit, you know right dude?'....... these colorful phrases take on really realistic turns when your buddy really is fucking shit on a weekly basis

anyway, what's wrong with our celebrity obsessed culture anyway? how come they never follow the gay lover affairs of gay movie stars? the rare few practicing gay movie stars like rock hudson had to kind of keep it hidden... what's wrong with our society that we don't have openly gay movie-stars and teenage kids following their string of love affairs with one member of the same sex after another....

in short, what's WRONG with people???

and speaking of food, today we whipped up: diced tomatoes and diced cucumbers with diced fetta cheese (bulgarian) and some diced onion, tuna - that's a delicious salad right there, plus consider going to your local asian food purveyor and buying some fish tofu -- absolutely delicious -- if you eat too much red meat, ur gonna be unhealthy!

well speaking of unhealthy, my gay buddy in nyc aforementioned, poor guy must be dead now of AIDS, he sure was a funny guy though... imagine spending a night at your buddy's crib and having to make sure to admonish him to not try to have sex with you or in any way put 'moves' on you... that's silly pants buddy!

this was a loveable buddy, no doubt, just ask nick nolte's wife, next time you see her! but all the money he and the folks in his building were costing taxpayers for aids treatments and heavily subsidized rent in chelsea... amazing... not pointing any fingers buddy, we all like a free lunch sometime... just interesting is all
