mozart's symphony 40......... look if you suffer from DUMBARSE-ism -- and there's every chance you do, don't look past mozart's symphony 40 for a cure.... known for raising people's intelligence levels, at least temporarily (now scientifically proven)....... symphony 40 is a goddam masterpiece

he starts with a little theme - nothing too heavy - it runs about 2 minutes, then he starts the theme over again.... (total running time about 6.5 minutes) -- another minute of this new theme -- the music meanders a little, picks up some more steam... progresses...  winds down about around 3:50... around 4:30 there's more dilettantism, unclearness, overtoned and contrasted with surety... more progression...

but it won't be later into the piece where mozart brings out the oboes (5:45) and then you know that he is the anti-dumbarse, at least musically.... words cannot describe how much arse these oboes kick....
