the last airbender


no it's not about bender from futurama --- this is another m. night shyamallan movie.... never did like this guy's movies much...... again, didn't like this movie that much..... it was kind of okay -- the shotlisting is very pacey... so you never want for action, everything moves very quickly - but one of the 'big ideas' is kind of like the characters do some kind of expansive tai chi before shooting off fire/air/earth/water magic powers.......... (the tai chi stuff is retarded)

speaking of benders -- finally did get to get some socialization party time in last weekened, and you know what? don't even want to do that again for a few months.... having a few drinks can be alot of fun after months without alcohol..... but even a tiny mild hangover sux............

ran another 4 miles + another 2 last night -- like 10km in total with extras --- 2 miles takes about 25 minutes - so that's like a 12 minute mile... 3 times slower than the world's quickest runners --- 6 miles or so is about 1200 calories in lost weight........ each run is 2 miles with a pause then another 2 miles non stop, etc....

oh yeah, couldn't even remember the other point, so got sidetracked by history channel documentary on ufos..... all those tv shows: csi, body of proof or evidence..... those shows stink... was watching them while running last nite on machine...... they are really stupid...... if ur involved with making that kind of 'emmy award winning drama' or you're just a fat person that watches them: ur a loser

oh wait, there's more, recently, and speaking of avatars, movie director james cameron rides to bottom of ocean (about 10 km - how far i ran last nite) or even 15km.... and asks the following question: 'what does this mean?'

it means that you have lots of money and can afford to ride a tin can to the ocean floor, now you know
