militancy or turn the other cheek?

finishing off from the last post, about australian society -- to be fair, nobody in the world has seen anything quite like australian society nowadays due to the combination of asians and europeans and other races who are often seen intermingling and entertaining various relationships: business, friendly, sexual/courting and so forth.... this does lead to a certain level of phoniness and ingenuousness as australia has no firm culture or national code to subscribe too apart from a basically english heritage of cricket, english legal code and manners and customs and such....... in america we find that strong national identity, strong patriotism and strong national past-times counter-ride any friction between the races and different genes so that, in general, americans are much more likely to co-operate for the greater good than the australians who tend to be clannish...... becoz of this, australians are possibly more likely to be bitchy and disingenuous than americans, in the main

not withstanding the above point, the american tendency to promote anglos/the english races and the people with anglo names over others is a weakness that will need to be overcome amongst themselves.... this in conjunction with the weakness of education levels in america in terms of international relations and foreign languages and knowledge of history (which in general is deficit around the world)

moving on to the title of this posting, when to turn the other cheek, and when to take up arms and risk 'dying by the sword'

when to be meek and when to kill?

it's a dicey topic..... if it's true that Jesus preached 'turning the other cheek' and this is not just some fabrication of a perverted and wicked priesthood in subsequent centuries or no, i will leave up to you

but whoever invented the notion of turning the other cheek, let's take it up and compare it to militancy

various avatars have promoted meekness and turning the other cheek while still others promoted militancy and fighting for what is right.... while still other avatars have promulgated a code of ethics or rules or laws as dictated to them by the God within them or their firm inner belief.... the moslems follow this old code of Mohammed who was an advocate of militancy in certain cases.......

there are a great many offenses where it really behooves you to turn the other cheek and take the offense on board and forget about it.......

i can suggest that even if one were to turn the other cheek a great many times, they may end up exploding due to repression.....
