the issue with bearing arms isn't about guns but bearing cell phones... cell phones are potentially weapons to be inconsiderately used against surrounding victims
the japanese have understood this and outlawed cell phones in enclosed spaces like restaurants and buses/trains and suchlike.... the entire world will have to follow this example to maintain standards of dignity
