if you watch nancy grace open up about something 'real' that happened to her.... it's not much different from watching a professional actor put a performance on -- professional actors are pretty good like that....
but what's interesting: how funny people can be when they cannot get over something - how their pet hurts and pet sufferings are nurtured and re-lived again and again and again.... for example, when i was living in nyc i used to go to 10 or 12 step meetings for people with various psychological issues...
some of them would be in the midst of regaling terrible suffering -- in a storm of agony and tears and anger, and, in many cases, although not all, i just wanted to laugh.... in fact, in one case, i couldn't help laughing at one guy's anger --- so that in the end he said: 'yeah, laugh, go ahead' - but he said it sarcastically and angrily.... another time there was an asian woman, talking about her life and what was important to her and her great suffering -- i couldn't help but laugh -- but maybe this time i was able to keep it unnoticed....
