there was some character like piccola from dragon ball z.... kind of like x-men, he had special powers, could make nuclear explosions with his mind....something like that... but his peers were also mental powers types, one of them was something like dalai lama and put a block on him to shut him down.... possibly had to be killed
rhianna was there somehow too, cannot remember how exactly, some 'underground' filmmaking got done there... some punk LA types, unsure
the gnarliest thing were the giant pythons, we were trying to sneak some people away from countryside to city, neighbors would be watching, however we never factored in for roaming giant pythons, they were pretty quick movers and would swallow any human whole... better to have taken a taxi
